Well we have arrived at our new location. We have been in our house about a week now. We were so lucky to have our stuff delivered a day earlier than planned. We are enjoying our country living as we are about 15 minutes from the city and out here there is still lots of farmland. When we drove into town late last Tuesday Kyler was complaining about the smell. I said, "That's fresh country air city girl." Amazing how we can get so used to the smell of exhaust that fresh air smells bad. The first morning we were here I walked out to the car to get something and actually heard a rooster. Usually our morning sounds are filled with cars passing by and sounds of lawnmowers mowing the weeds on the openspace behind us. We are really enjoying the 5 cars that come by our house daily and one of those is the mail carrier. For those of you that are familiar with our old place know that we could get up to 1,000 cars passing daily. Sometimes when we are sitting outside at night we are a little bored because there are no cars passing by that we can guess their speeding speed, or wave at many of you. We are enjoying our new home. Brigham and Daniel love riding their bikes in the road and I love not being paranoid anytime the kids are outside. When I went to the post office the other day the lady knew me. It is really fun and a big change from our city life.
Joseph started work on Monday. He is pretty overwhelmed with all their is to learn and the responsibility of being a manager. He comes home pretty zoned out. I'm sure it will only take him a couple weeks to get used to things. I am so proud of him and all the hard work he has done to get to this point.
