Look who's 8!

I cannot believe it. My firstborn turned eight this week. He is so grown up. He had a great party with a few of his friends. He planned the entire thing from making invitations to picking out the games to play. They played croquet and Bocce ball, and then had a treasure hunt at the end to find their party bags (with a little help from mom). I told him it would have to be low key in order to have a party since we have such a little baby at home.

A little bit about Brigham at 8 years old...

Always trying to get a good laugh out of you.
Loves reading, legos, nintendo/computer games and playing outside.
Collects state quarters, pokeman cards, rocks and trash (there must be a reason why I find all sorts of garbage in his room.)

He is a great help around the house. He is looking forward to his baptism and seems extremely mature in his understanding of the gospel. We love him and could not live without him around here.
