This Can't be Normal

Have you ever known a 3 year old to wake you up in the morning with her crying only because she can't get her bed made right? Well that is Katya. I think she may have OCD. She makes her bed everyday the second she gets out of it. Then if she has a nap she makes it immediately after waking up. Last Saturday all of the kids were watching cartoons. I heard her crying and wondered what was wrong. It was 7:30 AM and she left the cartoons to make her bed. Trying to make her not such a clean freak I told her she needed to watch cartoons now and she could make her bed later. (for heavens sakes it's Saturday) She was not happy about that. The girls room is the cleanest room in the house. Not because Kyler cleans anything, but because Katya is always cleaning their room. A few weeks ago I found her putting all of the clean clothes away and letting her older sister off scott free. She throws fits and yells at people for playing in her room and making a mess. It's pretty disturbing when she won't play with anything in fear of making a mess. So now I ask, is this normal 3 year old behavior? Should I thank my lucky stars for this little clean freak or should I get her into therapy immediatly?
Katya woke up this morning at 7:00 and by 7:12 her bed was made.
