November was a very busy one for our family. We had a lot of holiday preparation going on along with final touches for the baptism and birthday party.

Joseph was out of town 2 of 4 weeks in November. He has 1 more trip this month and then will find out if they want him to continue on the project. He thinks he will be done because of his travel restrictions in January and February due to the arrival of the baby. At least that’s what we are hoping for.

Joseph and Brigham attended a Boise State Football game a couple of weeks ago. They had a great time cheering the Broncos onto victory.

Katya has now learned how to kick back over from a backbend. She is almost ready to advance to the older girl group.

Kyler had a wonderful birthday party. She had an “Almost a Sleepover party”. We decorated pillowcases, had waffles with about every topping you could think of putting on it. Brigham was in charge of cooking the waffles. He did a great job. They played a game and won prizes like lotions and headbands. They finished up with a movie and this cute sleepover cake.

The house is now ready for baby with the exception of a few rooms needing a tad more attention. We have moved everybody into their new rooms. Gammon does great on his new bed and hasn’t gotten up when he wasn’t supposed to, which I’m grateful of. The baby’s room is ready with the exception of bringing in the tiny boy clothes so we have a little of each in the drawers. I’m currently working on making carseat canopies (one girl and one boy one.) I also have to make Kyler’s Christmas skirt to match the one I made for Katya. I also want to make a little baby one just in case it’s a girl. I’m sure I’ll have enough scraps for that.

Thanksgiving was a lot of fun at Joseph’s sister, Maryann’s house. Maryann was very sweet to Kyler for her birthday. In addition to cooking Thanksgiving dinner they decorated the house with streamers and a big poster on the front door that said “Happy Birthday Kyler.” They also made Kyler’s choice of Cupcakes and had a present for her. The night before Thanksgiving we met Maryann and girls at the Rollerdrome and surprised the kids with a night of rollerskating. They all had a blast.

Kyler’s baptism was very nice. She did a wonderful job on her solo. She looked like an angel. We enjoyed a wonderful spaghetti lunch after the baptism.

Kyler had two performances with Star Performers. She had three different costumes. Which was kind of crazy.

She also sang, "I'm gettin Nuttin for Christmas.

We made new ornaments for the tree and have our chocolate centers ready for dipping.
At least all the Christmas shopping is done.

Well lots of projects to get to. Merry Christmas to all.
